8. Complications & Management

Possible:

  • Bruising → cold compress

  • Nodules (rare) → massage, consider medical review

  • Infection → antibiotics if needed

  • Vascular compromise (extremely rare with superficial technique)Step 5 – Photobiomodulation Therapy (45 Minutes)

EXTRA Photobiomodulation

Following injections, a 45-minute LED photobiomodulation session is performed.

This therapy:

  • Improves scalp blood circulation

  • Reduces inflammation

  • Enhances cellular signalling and tissue repair

Photobiomodulation also improves the uptake and effectiveness of PRP and exosomes.

Vitamin B12

Each session includes a vitamin B12 injection.

B12 supports:

  • Red blood cell production

  • oxygen delivery to follicles

  • cellular metabolism

Adequate B12 levels are important for healthy hair growth and follicular function.

Maintenance sessions are typically recommended every 6–12 months depending on individual response. • £1499 (FOR 2 SESSIONS)
